I have gone to a number of the MACs keychain and removed any enty relating to MS and even on one of the MACs revoved her profile and setup a new profile and again same issue. I have even swapped out the switch (just in case) and the last thing I tried was a new cert as the one they had was a cheap wildcard cert, now using a SAN for and again im getting the same issue. I started without setting up autodiscover and attempted to setup the outlook clients manually, same issue. I exported all mailboxes to pst's and then imported them so there would be nothing from the old network infecting the new. I rebuilt a brand new network from the groud up and changed the domain name from domain.dom to (their own domain name), two new DCs on 2016 and a new exchange 2016 (CU12) box In the end I thought it maybe as we have a dirty DC as over the years had DC's that were not cleanly removed and also same with some older exchange boxes, so drastic action. Quite large but this issue is also happening with a new MAC user who only has a 1gig mailbox so not that.
